When can we travel? You can take this trip any time you like! Ship sails daily! Purchase your package, submit your travel dates, 95% of the time you
will get the date you want. Holiday travel may be more difficult to get, so plan ahead! When we receive your booking request we will check availability
and book your dates, or advise you of the closest available date. Once you purchase your Bahamas Cruise and Stay Package, you can book your trip
right away, and you have up to one full year to book your vacation. When you press the buy now button, we will email you with all package details
including our online reservation form, to book your trip.
When does the ship depart? The Cruise ship ... Sail's daily to and from Ft. Lauderdale, there are no restrictions on the dates that you can travel, unless
Cruise/ Resorts are sold out. The ships schedule can be seen here!
Ship departs ... Port Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida daily at 7:45am & arrives in the Bahamas at 1:00pm. We recommend you get to Ft Lauderdale
the day before your cruise. On the return, the ship departs the Bahamas at 4:45pm, for a nice evening dinner cruise on the way back to Florida arriving
at 10:00pm. It only takes 5 – 6 hours to get to the Bahamas. We highly recommend adding VIP service to your Bahamas Cruise and Stay!
Can we take our Friends, Family or Children? Yes! Each package is valid for two adults, one room, or 4 adults one room. For 4 adults and 2 rooms,
you need 2 packages. If you have adults and children you need to purchase at least one package for a family of 4. If there are just 2 adults traveling and
you have 3 or 4 children traveling with you, we will request adjoining rooms and you need to purchase one package per family.

When do we pay the tax/ fees? They are paid when we book your travel dates. For the 89.95 3 day 2 night cruise and stay your cruise vacation taxes/
Port charges/ gov fees of 149.00 per person, Bahamian levied hotel tax 15.00 per person/ per night & Bahamian ADT surcharge 13.00, Bahamian
departure fee 40.00, fuel surcharge 13.00 each for an aprox. total of 140.00 to 229.00 per person depending on date of travel. When you purchase your
package, (use the buy now button) you do not pay the tax/ fees stated or quoted, until you book your trip, which is great for you because you don't have
to pay for everything at once.
Why aren't they included in the package price? Simply, taxes/ fees are non-commissionable, not included in these packages, unless other wise
stated. All travelers 12 and older pay cruise vacation taxes/port charges/gov’t fees/departure tax per person.
Tax/ fees are included for the All inclusive Viva Wyndham 6 day cruise and stay these do include all tax/ fees / all inclusive fees / tips, as stated.

Children 6 yrs to 11 yrs old stay free & only pay some of the taxes listed above when sharing room with parents/guardians. Children 6 mos. to 5 yrs old
... are tax exempt, and do pay only the departure fee. For exact amounts, request a quote!
How many people are allowed to stay in one room? Maximum number of people per room is 4, regardless of age, no exceptions. Each package
provides you with one room, if you need more than one room; you need to purchase additional packages.
What if there are more than 4 people traveling? We can book as many packages / rooms as you need! We will request adjoining or adjacent rooms
to accommodate your family. We do this all the time for families.
Can we all go at the same time, same date, same resort? Yes, we can book you and all of your friends and family for same departure, same resort.
How can I travel FREE on this package? Get a group together of family, friends, business associates (a minimum of 16 adult passengers, based on
double occupancy) and we will get you 1 free package.
What is the minimum age to use this package? You must be at least 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. Unlike other major cruise
lines, this ship allows that you only have to be 18. Minimum age to drink & gamble in the Bahamas is 18 yrs old.
Is Airfare included? No, Airfare is not included; you will need to get to Ft. Lauderdale. If you like, check air here http://nettravelease.com, we do not
suggest you book air until we get your Bahamas dates confirmed.
How far is the airport to the cruise port? The Ft. Lauderdale airport is only 4 miles from the cruise port
Are Drinks, Meals, Activities, Entertainment included? Meals, Activities, Entertainment included only while you are aboard ship. Meals, activities,
entertainment are not included at the resorts, except at the all inclusive Viva. Drinks are not included on ship or at the resort, except at the Viva!
Do I have to purchase anything else? No, you do not have to purchase anything extra to book your reservations. You pay the buy now price right now,
we send your booking code to you and when you are ready to submit reservations, you pay the taxes/ fees shown above, or stated with your package.
Are we required to attend a time-share or sales presentation? No, absolutely not! No time share or sales presentations are associated with any of
our Bahamas packages.
Can I upgrade my hotel or add extra nights to my package? Yes, you may upgrade your resort or add as many nights as you like, when booking your
trip. Upgrade properties such at the Island Seas Resort, Sheraton & Westin Our Lucaya all located on the beach and the All Inclusive Beach Resort,
Viva Wyndham Fortuna, just click on the name of the resort you want when booking.
Do we need a passport? Currently ... US & Canadian Citizens: Must provide certified copy of birth certificate & photo ID or a valid passport. (children
under 16 require a birth certificate, but not a photo id) Effective: June 2009, all US Citizens no matter what age ... will need a passport to travel to the
Bahamas. Non- US Citizens: Passport required, multiple-entry visa & Bahamian visa may be required. Please check with the Bahamian consulate at
305-373-6295 for information on proper documentation.
Is there a place to park our car if we drive to the cruise port? Yes there is a parking garage right at the cruise port, cost is approx $15 per day to
park. If you stay at one of the hotels in Ft. Lauderdale near the cruise port they usually offer free parking while you are away on the cruise.

Where is our luggage stored during the cruise? Luggage is stored in the ship’s luggage hold during the cruise. Much like when you fly with the
airlines!
What is the catch? There is no catch. We are travel agents and have contracts with the cruise lines & hotels, which is how we offer you these special
package rates. We send 1000's of people to the Bahamas each year.
Bahamas Travel requirements by SEA:
American citizens born in the U.S. require either a non-cancelled passport (valid or expired by up to 5 years) or an original state issued birth certificate
(issued by the Department of Health & Vital Statistics) accompanied by a valid photo ID. Please note that copies of birth certificates are not
acceptable. American citizens born outside the U.S. require either an American passport (valid or expired by up to 5 years) or an original
naturalization certificate accompanied by a valid photo ID. Please note that passport application receipts will not be accepted for travel.
Effective June 1, 2009, as required by U.S. Government, all passengers including U.S. citizens, will be required to be in possession of a valid
passport when traveling with Discovery to or from the Bahamas. U.S. legal alien residents must present their non-expired alien resident card. (U.S.
legal alien residents that are Bahamian citizens must also present their Bahamian passport). Canadian citizens require either a Canadian passport
or a Canadian citizenship ID accompanied by another valid government issued photo ID. All other travelers must have valid passports from their
country of origin in conjunction with a multiple entry U.S. visa and if necessary a Bahamian visa, (please check with the Bahamian Consulate).
Passengers under 18 years of age (traveling without their parents or guardian) require a notarized written parental consent for travel and must be
accompanied by an adult. Advance reservations and payment required. Please allow at least two hours for check in.

What do the cabins look like?
Cabins are not included and can be added for 95.00. The standard cabin has one upper berth and one lower bed. The superior cabin
accommodations offer 2 lower beds and are larger than the standard. Double-bedded cabins are also available , which are the same size as the
superior cabins. Suites are the largest of the cabins with the configuration of either two twin beds or a queen size bed and a small sitting area,
refrigerator and either a shower or bathtub. All cabins have private bathroom facilities for your comfort and convenience.
Are alcoholic beverages included in the Cruise fare? No, however, coffee, tea and milk are provided with each meal service while on the Cruise
Ship.
Is there a show on the cruise?
The live entertainment is presented on the return portion of the cruise. Caribbean music is played on our top deck, and the band in the international
lounge plays a variety of music. You can dance to: rock, popular old melodies, Caribbean rhythm, and salsa. On our top deck we have disco music
playing.
Are your shows suitable for children?
The shows are presented for the enjoyment of the entire family. Announcements would be made in advance for any special entertainment, which is
designed for adult entertainment, allowing for parental discretion. There is also the kids club for your children.
I'm a vegetarian, what do you serve to accommodate me?
You will find a variety of foods at the buffet to your advantage. For breakfast, hot and cold cereals are served, also, lots of fruits, assorted breads, and
sweet rolls. On the Lunch and dinner buffet we serve an assortment of fruit and salads, hot and cold vegetables and pasta dishes.
Are there any duty free shops in Freeport?
Yes, duty free shopping is available in Freeport and aboard the ship. Full advantage may be taken for passengers who stay over night for 48 hours or
longer.
Are the shops open in Freeport on Sunday and holidays?
On holidays some straw market vendors and the gift shop on board the ship are always open. However, the majority of the shops in Freeport are
closed on Sundays and holidays.
What type of currency is accepted on the island?
U.S. Dollars are accepted by everyone. You will not need to exchange any currency.
May I use my cellular phone on board ship?
Cell phones are generally out of reach after departure and do not work in the Bahamas.
